Administration and Fee Structure

A warm welcome to our School’s Financial Department at Chesterhouse.

This department’s primary focus is to deliver and ensure that the Financial and Strategic requirements of the School are met.  This is overseen by the Board of Governors, and external Auditors.

Working closely with the Secretarial and Marketing departments of the school, all the Accounting functions related to your children’s admission to Chesterhouse is undertaken by this department.  I am assisted by Catherine Rheeder and Maureen van der Riet, our Senior Bookkeeper.

We encourage an open relationship with both our parents and staff at all times, and encourage you to communicate with us regarding any concerns you may have.

Fees for 2012 (click to view)

School fees are required to be paid in advance and regularly. Parents wishing to make annual payments must inform the bursar as soon as possible in the month of December of the preceding year. Annual payments must then be made by 15 December of the preceding year when school fees are settled in full.
Parents making monthly payments must complete the attached Debit Order form which can be downloaded and completed. Once this is done, we ask that you return it to the school’s adminstration department with a signed blank cheque for us to make the necessary arrangements with your bank.
