A warm welcome to our School’s Financial Department at Chesterhouse.
This department’s primary focus is to deliver and ensure that the Financial and Strategic requirements of the School are met. This is overseen by the Board of Governors, and external Auditors.
Working closely with the Secretarial and Marketing departments of the school, all the Accounting functions related to your children’s admission to Chesterhouse is undertaken by this department. This department consists of Cathy Redelinghuys, Monica Dunk, Chantal Pieters and Andree Johnson.
We encourage an open relationship with both our parents and staff at all times, and encourage you to communicate with us regarding any concerns you may have.
School fees are required to be paid in advance and regularly. Annual payment options are reflected on our Fee Structure document. Please email Cathy Redelinghuys on email@example.com should you wish to elect the two payment options available.
Parents making monthly payments must complete the attached Debit Order form which can be downloaded and completed. Once this is done, we ask that you return it to the school’s adminstration department with a signed blank cheque for us to make the necessary arrangements with your bank.
