Please follow these easy steps to apply for your child to enrol at Chesterhouse. To avoid disappointment by being placed on our waiting lists, we would encourage you to enrol early by completing our application form. Once we receive an application form from you along with the R500.00 registration fee, the application form remains with us for as long as you intend it so. It is not our policy to discard of forms unless you specifically instruct us to do so.
- Complete an application form. You might want to obtain one from the school. If so contact Monica Dunk on 021 975 6650 for an application package and an individual tour around Chesterhouse or contact Johline Cronje on 021 975 6650 in our College.
- If you wish to complete an electronic application form, click on the underlined link to submit this directly to our College secretary. Remember that all information must be completed on the form so as to avoid delays in ensuring enrolment for your child.
- Please pay R500.00 either at our school or electronically. Our bank account details are available on our CHESTERHOUSE SCHOOL FEE STRUCTURE FOR 2013. Please click on the highlighted link to peruse the Fee Schedule.
- Once your form has been submitted, your child will be placed on our enrolment list.
- We will contact you and make an appointment for a Diagnostic Test as soon as convenient for you. Please be assured that this is not an entrance test, but a measure for diagnosis from our teachers.
- Once this is done, our Headmaster, Justin Harvey, will write an Offer of a Place letter to you, informing our acceptance of enrolment.
- There is a period of 4 weeks in which you can respond, and once that is done, your child is welcomed to our Chesterhouse family.
- We request that on acceptance of enrolment, you make a deposit payment of R3000.00
- You will also receive an entrance package informing you of all the details that we require from you about your child.
