Chesterhouse Junior School comprising the Early Years Development Centre ( Nursery and Reception classes) and Junior School from Year (Grade) 1 to Year (Grade) 7 is a child centered school which offers children a well rounded education. We aim to inspire a love of learning as well as developing in each child a love of sport and cultural activities. We believe education is a partnership between children, caring parents and dedicated teachers who nurture the individuality of each child.
At Chesterhouse, children are exposed to the British International curriculum incorporating the very best of the English and South African educational systems to develop a challenging and internationally recognized curriculum. We passionately believe in and consistently work towards being at the forefront of curriculum development.
We believe in a relaxed but structured environment where each child enjoys coming to school and is challenged to reach their full potential.
